Procedures for Visa
Malaysian Government has made it quite easy and trouble-free to welcome foreign students like you in schools like ours. Yes, you still need Visa, but there is no need for you to apply for visa directly from your country (the exception – students from The Peoples Republic of China). You will receive your visa upon arrival in Malaysia immigration check point.
Procedures for Student Pass
More about this process you can read here, but in short – we will do all application submission on your behalf and you should receive update about your application status within 7 days when Malaysia Immigration Department informs us.
Arriving in Malaysia at Immigration Checkpoint
Upon arrival at the airport you will have to show your Student Pass approval letter at the Immigration Checkpoint.
A Special Pass will be issued to refer you to the respective State Immigration Department for issuance of the Student Pass. A visa will also be issued to you at the entry point in the form of an endorsement on your Passport.
Apple Language Centre representative will be at the immigration check point to receive and attend you. After the immigration clearance, the we will transfer you to the educational institution for reporting of attendance.
Issuance of Student Pass to You
Special Pass valid for 14 days will be issued to you at the Immigration check point. Within two weeks of your arrival, we will submit your passport to the State Immigration Department to enable Student Pass stickers to be affixed.
